1. Preview status

Muse Image is currently in preview. The generation queue and preview outputs are designed to demonstrate the intended production workflow while live provider billing, moderation, and GPU capacity are finalized. Preview availability may change without notice.

2. Acceptable use

Do not submit prompts that are unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexual, or exploitative.
Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, moderation, queue behavior, or security controls.
Do not use the service to impersonate people or mislead others.
Do not scrape, overload, or interfere with the site.

3. Accounts and billing

The current public preview does not require payment for the generator shown on the homepage. Pricing pages may describe planned paid tiers, but preview buttons do not create a charge unless a checkout screen clearly asks for payment details and you submit them.

4. Output rights

Preview images are sample visual directions and may include stock or placeholder imagery. Do not treat preview outputs as exclusive assets. Commercial-use exports will be governed by the paid generation terms once live provider output is enabled.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may revise these Terms as the product moves from preview to live generation. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
